PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare your order to ship. Preparation includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. 

SHIPPING TO USA AND PUERTO RICO

Our method of shipping is via USPS and UPS Ground.  We ship Monday through Friday only. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

• USPS First Class Mail:  1-5 business days
• USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
• UPS Ground: 1-7 Days

 Free shipping for orders over $100 USD, to all 50 states.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal service efficiency.

PEAK SHIPPING SEASON
Peak shipping season starts in October and ends in December.  During this time, supply chain efficiencies can get disrupted due to high volumes of order fulfillment and while shipping carriers become busier than usual, working hard to deliver packages on time. There may be delays during this time, which we have no control over.  Shop early to avoid issues with your shipment.
